Illinois High School Basketball - West Carroll routs Alden-Hebron
January 4, 2025: Hebron, IL 60034 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting West Carroll Thunder basketball team scored a big 64-35 triumph over the Alden-Hebron Green Giants.
The Thunder (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against East Dubuque (East Dubuque, IL). The Warriors go into the Northwest Upstate Illini - West contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, East Dubuque was trounced by Byron (Byron, IL), 62-59, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Green Giants battle the Durand Bulldogs (Durand, IL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 6. Alden-Hebron will attempt to better on its 0-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 4-9 record after their 68-41 non-league loss to North Boone (Poplar Grove, IL).
