In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Wapakoneta Redskins basketball team scored a close 38-35 triumph over the Allen East Mustangs.

The Redskins (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Memorial (St. Marys, OH). The Roughriders go into the Western Buckeye contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Memorial nipped Cardinal Stritch (Oregon, OH), 63-56, in a non-league contest.
