Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Chester sneaks past Mount Pleasant
January 4, 2025: Chester, PA 19013 The Chester Clippers basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting Mount Pleasant Green Knights to 47 in the Clippers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Clippers now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Chichester for a Delaware Valley game on Tuesday, January 7. Chester will play a Eagles team coming off a 64-60 non-league win over Unionville (Kennett Square, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, Mount Pleasant falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Green knights travel to St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE) to play the Hawks in a Blue Hen Flight - A game on Thursday, January 9. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 4-3.
