In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders basketball team scored a good 68-52 triumph over the Northwestern Lehigh Tigers.

The Crusaders (11-2) will now prepare for their contest against Palmerton (Palmerton, PA). The Blue Bombers go into the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Palmerton topped North Schuylkill (Ashland, PA), 46-44, in a non-league contest.
