Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Northwestern Lehigh routs Jim Thorpe
January 14, 2025: New Tripoli, PA 18066 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Northwestern Lehigh Tigers basketball team scored a big 74-33 triumph over the Jim Thorpe Olympians.
The Tigers (14-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lehighton (Lehighton, PA). The Indians go into the non-league contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Lehighton was trounced by Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA), 62-54, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Olympians battle the Northern Lehigh Bulldogs (Slatington, PA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 20. Jim Thorpe will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 2-11 record after their 81-61 non-league loss to Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA).
