Valley Central Vikings (Montgomery, NY) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Wallkill Panthers (Wallkill, NY), 51-48 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Valley Central upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Vikings host Middletown (Middletown, NY) to face the Middie Bears in a non-league match on Monday, January 6. The Middie Bears enter the match with a record of 2-4. Middletown lost 59-52 in their recent non-league match against Suffern (Suffern, NY)
