January 4, 2025: Lebanon, OR 97355 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the East Linn Christian Academy Eagles (Lebanon, OR) and the visiting Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers (Salem, OR), observed East Linn Christian Academy's basketball team overwhelm Blanchet Catholic by a score of 49-28.
The Eagles (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lost River (Merrill, OR). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Lost River trounced Butte Valley (Dorris, CA), 58-38, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cavaliers battle the Taft Tigers (Lincoln City, OR) in a 3A PacWest challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Blanchet Catholic will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 44-35 non-league loss to Banks (Banks, OR).
