December 10, 2024: Salem, OR 97301 Salem Academy Crusaders (Salem, OR) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers (Salem, OR), 66-19 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Salem Academy upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Colton (Colton, OR) to face the Vikings in a 2A Tri-River match on Thursday, December 12. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 2-2. Colton won 39-23 in their recent non-league match against Faith Bible Christian/Life Christian (Aloha, OR)
The Cavaliers now sport a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Willamina for a non-league match on Monday, December 16.
