In Saturday's non-league test, the Flint River Academy Wildcats (Woodbury, GA) basketball squad trounced the visiting St. Mary's Academy Bobcats (Fairburn, GA), by a score of 41-19.

Next, the Wildcats clash with the Strong Rock Christian Patriots (Locust Grove, GA) in a non-league test, on Monday, January 6. Flint River Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 12-1 record after their 48-31 league win over Calvary Christian (Columbus, GA).

The Bobcats (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Heritage (Newnan, GA). The Hawks come into the GIAA AA Region 1 test with a 2-5 record.
