The Everett Warriors basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Southern Huntingdon County Rockets to 39 in the Warriors league triumph on Wednesday.
The Warriors now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Claysburg-Kimmel for a Inter County - South contest on Tuesday, January 11. Everett will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 60-50 non-league loss to Shanksville Stonycreek (Shanksville, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-5.
The Rockets (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Tussey Mountain (Saxton, PA). The Titans enter the Inter County - South contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Tussey Mountain was defeated by Northern Bedford County (Loysburg, PA), 55-43, in a league contest.
