In Wednesday's league challenge, the Wyoming Area Warriors (Exeter, PA) basketball squad overcame the visiting Wyoming Seminary College Prep Blue Knights (Kingston, PA), by a tally of 35-21.

With the victory, Wyoming Area improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Warriors host Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA) to play the Buckhorns in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 8. The Buckhorns come into the challenge with a record of 4-3.

Next up, the Blue Knights play the Hanover Area Hawkeyes (Hanover Township, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 3 challenge, on Wednesday, January 12. Wyoming Seminary College Prep will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record.
