Alabama High School Basketball - Hatton nips Addison
January 5, 2023: Town Creek, AL 35672 Hatton Hornets (Town Creek, AL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Addison Bulldogs (Addison, AL), 55-49 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Hatton upgrades its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Sheffield (Sheffield, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a 2A Area 16 bout on Friday, January 6. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 0-3. Sheffield lost 63-62 in their recent non-league bout against Shoals Christian (Florence, AL)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Meek Tigers (Arley, AL) in a 1A Area 13 bout, on Friday, January 6. Addison will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 10-5 record after their 57-52 non-league loss to Winfield (Winfield, AL).
