January 5, 2023: Chimacum, WA 98325 The Chimacum Cowboys (Chimacum, WA) basketball nipped the visiting Bellevue Christian Vikings (Clyde Hill, WA), 50-47 in Thursday's league test.
The Cowboys (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Vashon Island (Vashon Island, WA). The Pirates go into the 1A Nisqually test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Vashon Island got by Klahowya (Silverdale, WA), 53-32, in a league test.
The Vikings now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Annie Wright for a 1A Nisqually test on Saturday, January 7. Bellevue Christian will encounter a Gators squad coming off a 81-58 league win over Life Christian Academy (Tacoma, WA). The Gators record now stands at 7-0.
