Minnesota High School Basketball - Byron nudges New Prague
January 5, 2023: New Prague, MN 56071 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Byron Bears (Byron, MN) basketball squad edged the host New Prague Trojans (New Prague, MN), by a count of 64-60.
The Bears (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against St. Thomas Academy (Mendota Heights, MN). The Cadets go into the non-league outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, St. Thomas Academy held off Simley (Inver Grove Heights, MN), 63-51, in a league outing.
The Trojans now hold a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Kasson-Mantorville for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 10.
