Wisconsin High School Basketball - Spooner ripped by Osceola
January 5, 2023: Osceola, WI 54020 The Osceola Chieftains basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Spooner Rails to 13 in the Chieftains non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Chieftains now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Somerset for a Middle Border contest on Tuesday, January 10. Osceola will battle a Spartans team coming off a 71-43 league win over Altoona (Altoona, WI). The Spartans record now stands at 8-4.
The Rails (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Ashland (Ashland, WI). The Oredockers enter the Heart O'North contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Ashland was routed by Northwestern (Maple, WI), 77-60, in a league contest.
