Texas High School Basketball - All Saints Episcopal knocked off by Covenant

January 5, 2024: Tyler, TX 75701

The Covenant Knights basketball team scored 55 points and held the host All Saints Episcopal Trojans to 46 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host McKinney Christian Academy for a TAPPS 4A District 2 contest on Tuesday, January 9. Covenant will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 82-24 league win over Vanguard College Prep (Waco, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-9.

The Trojans (9-11) will now prepare for their contest against Dallas Christian (Mesquite, TX). The Chargers enter the TAPPS 4A District 2 contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Dallas Christian was defeated by Prince of Peace (Carrollton, TX), 62-39, in a league contest.
