Wisconsin High School Basketball - Deerfield crushes Williams Bay
January 5, 2024: Williams Bay, WI 53191 Deerfield Demons (Deerfield, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Williams Bay Bulldogs (Williams Bay, WI), 68-27 in a league bout.
With the win, Deerfield upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Demons host Clinton (Clinton, WI) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 4-7. Clinton lost 75-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Delavan-Darien (Delavan, WI)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Albany Comets (Albany, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Williams Bay will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 46-41 league loss to Pecatonica (Blanchardville, WI).
