Pennsylvania High School Basketball - West York Area knocked off by Eastern York
January 5, 2024: Wrightsville, PA 17368 The Eastern York Golden Knights basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting West York Area Bulldogs to 48 in the Golden Knights league triumph on Friday.
The Golden Knights now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to York Suburban for a York-Adams 2 contest on Tuesday, January 9. Eastern York will battle a Trojans team coming off a 73-68 league win over New Oxford (New Oxford, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 9-2.
The Bulldogs (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wyomissing (Wyomissing, PA). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Wyomissing ran past Twin Valley (Elverson, PA), 55-43, in a non-league contest.
