January 5, 2024: Edgewood, MD 21040 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Edgewood Rams (Edgewood, MD) and the visiting Harford Tech Cobras (Bel Air, MD), saw Edgewood's basketball squad hold off Harford Tech by a count of 63-59.
With the victory, Edgewood upgrades its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Elkton (Elkton, MD) to play the Golden Elks in a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Chesapeake challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Golden Elks come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Elkton won 70-62 in their recent league challenge against Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MD)
Next up, the Cobras play the C. Milton Wright Mustangs (Bel Air, MD) in a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Chesapeake challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Harford Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 59-46 non-league win over Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD).
