Montana High School Basketball - Lone Peak nips Ennis
January 5, 2024: Gallatin Gateway, MT 59730 Lone Peak Big Horns (Gallatin Gateway, MT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Ennis Mustangs (Ennis, MT), 52-45 in a league bout.
With the win, Lone Peak upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Big Horns travel to Broadwater (Townsend, MT) to play the Bulldogs in a B District 5 bout on Saturday, January 6. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Broadwater lost 79-58 in their recent league bout against Manhattan (Manhattan, MT)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Jefferson Panthers (Boulder, MT) in a B District 5 bout, on Saturday, January 6. Ennis will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 62-49 league win over Whitehall/Willow Creek (Whitehall, MT).
