January 5, 2024: John Day, OR 97845 In Friday's league match, the host Grant Union Prospectors basketball team scored a good 70-56 triumph over the Enterprise Outlaws.
In their next game, the Prospectors meet the Heppner Mustangs (Heppner, OR) in a 2A Blue Mountain match, on Saturday, January 6. Grant Union will attempt to move on its 10-4 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 8-7 record after their 79-49 league loss to Weston-McEwen (Athena, OR).
