Washington High School Basketball - Highland knocked off by Granger
January 5, 2024: Granger, WA 98932 The Granger Spartans basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Highland Scots to 49 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cle Elum-Roslyn for a 2B Eastern Washington - West contest on Saturday, January 6. Granger will meet a Warriors team coming off a 63-49 league win over Goldendale (Goldendale, WA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-6.
The Scots (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Cle Elum-Roslyn (Cle Elum, WA). The Warriors enter the 2B Eastern Washington - West contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Cle Elum-Roslyn ran past Granger (Granger, WA), 83-63, in a league contest.
