Georgia High School Basketball - Heirway Christian Academy nips New Faith Christian Academy
January 5, 2024: Douglasville, GA 30134 Heirway Christian Academy Eagles (Douglasville, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting New Faith Christian Academy Titans (Riverdale, GA), 57-55 in a league bout.
With the win, Heirway Christian Academy upgrades its record to 8-6 on the season. The Eagles host Holy Ground Baptist Academy (Roopville, GA) to play the Stallions in a non-league bout on Monday, January 8. The Stallions go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Holy Ground Baptist Academy lost 60-44 in their recent league bout against Trinity Christian School of Griffin (Griffin, GA)
Next up, the Titans play the Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Eagles (Rabun Gap, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 13. New Faith Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 16-3 season record.
