Ridgway Elker (Ridgway, PA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Kane Wolves (Kane, PA), 44-21 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Ridgway upgrades its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Elker travel to Brockway (Brockway, PA) to play the Rovers in a Allegheny Mountain - Southern bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Rovers come into the bout with a record of 1-9. Brockway lost 63-38 in their recent non-league bout against Curwensville (Curwensville, PA)

Next up, the Wolves play the Bradford Owls (Bradford, PA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 10. Kane will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record.
