Pennsylvania High School Basketball - York Suburban holds off New Oxford
January 5, 2024: York, PA 17403 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the York Suburban Trojans (York, PA) and the visiting New Oxford Colonials (New Oxford, PA), saw York Suburban's basketball squad hold off New Oxford by a tally of 73-68.
With the victory, York Suburban improves its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Trojans host Eastern York (Wrightsville, PA) to confront the Golden Knights in a York-Adams 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Golden Knights come into the challenge with a record of 9-2. Eastern York won 58-48 in their recent league challenge against West York Area (York, PA)
Next up, the Colonials confront the Susquehannock Warriors (Glen Rock, PA) in a York-Adams 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. New Oxford will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 54-45 league win over Dover (Dover, PA).
