The Dripping Springs Tigers (Dripping Springs, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting Anderson Trojans (Austin, TX), 42-29 in Friday's league test.

The Tigers (6-14) will now prepare for their test against Austin (Austin, TX). The Maroons go into the 6A Region IV District 26 test with a 11-17 record.

The Trojans now own a 4-15 record. They play next when they travel to Austin for a 6A Region IV District 26 test on Tuesday, January 9. Anderson will encounter a Maroons squad coming off a 75-28 league win over Del Valle (Del Valle, TX). The Maroons record now stands at 11-17.
