Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Perry County Vikings (Linden, TN) and the visiting Collinwood Trojans (Collinwood, TN), saw Perry County's basketball squad overcome Collinwood by a tally of 44-35.

With the victory, Perry County improves its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Lewis County (Hohenwald, TN) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 8. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 3-5. Lewis County won 69-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Big Sandy (Big Sandy, TN)
