Washington High School Basketball - Lummi fells Friday Harbor
January 5, 2024: Bellingham, WA 98226 Lummi Blackhawks (Bellingham, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Friday Harbor Wolverines (Friday Harbor, WA), 44-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lummi upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Blackhawks travel to Orcas Island (Eastsound, WA) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 11. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 1-9.
Next up, the Wolverines play the LaConner Braves (LaConner, WA) in a 1B/2B Northwest game, on Tuesday, January 9. Friday Harbor will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Braves enter the game with a 7-4 record after their 65-23 non-league loss to Neah Bay (Neah Bay, WA).
