The Huntley Red Raiders basketball team (Huntley, IL), was nudged 51-44 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL)

The Knights now possess a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hersey for a Mid-Suburban - East battle on Monday, January 8. Prospect will battle a Huskies team coming off a 59-48 non-league loss to Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 11-8.

The Red Raiders (10-4) will now prepare for their battle against McHenry (McHenry, IL). The Warriors come into the Fox Valley battle with a 1-14 record. In their last battle, McHenry was nudged by Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL), 56-28, in a non-league battle.
