January 5, 2024: McDermitt, NV 89421 The McDermitt Bulldogs routed the visiting Jackpot Jaguars basketball team by a final score of 61-11 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Wells Leopards (Wells, NV) in a 1A East game, on Saturday, January 6. McDermitt will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Leopards enter the game with a 6-5 record after their 44-31 non-league loss to Wendover (Wendover, UT).
With the defeat, Jackpot moves to 0-5 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Twin Falls Christian Academy (Twin Falls, ID) to face the Warriors in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 9.
