With the victory, Moody improves its record to 16-2 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Springville (Springville, AL) to play the Tigers in a 5A Area 11 challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. Springville lost 50-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Gadsden City (Gadsden, AL)
Next up, the Greenwave play the St. Clair County Fighting Saints (Odenville, AL) in a 5A Area 11 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Leeds will attempt to improve on its 3-14 season record. The Fighting Saints come into the challenge with a 0-15 record after their 65-10 non-league loss to Springville (Springville, AL).
