Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Palmyra Cougars (Palmyra, PA) and the host Lower Dauphin Falcons (Hummelstown, PA), saw Palmyra's basketball squad knock off Lower Dauphin by a count of 53-36.

With the victory, Palmyra upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Cougars host Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, PA) to play the Wildcats in a Mid-Penn - Keystone challenge on Wednesday, January 10. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 5-2.
