Oklahoma High School Basketball - Midway thwarts Sasakwa
January 5, 2024: Council Hill, OK 74428 The Midway Chargers (Council Hill, OK) basketball knocked off the visiting Sasakwa Vikings (Sasakwa, OK), 61-52 in Friday's non-league test.
The Chargers (8-1) will now prepare for their test against Weleetka (Weleetka, OK). The Outlaws go into the Crossroads test with a 7-2 record. In their last test, Weleetka notched a victory over Crowder (Crowder, OK), 32-31, in a non-league test.
The Vikings now own a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Crowder for a non-league test on Saturday, January 6. Sasakwa will encounter a Demons squad coming off a 32-31 non-league loss to Weleetka (Weleetka, OK). The Demons record now stands at 8-6.
