California High School Basketball - Oak Park overwhelms Royal
January 5, 2024: Oak Park, CA 91377 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Oak Park Eagles (Oak Park, CA) and the visiting Royal Highlanders (Simi Valley, CA), saw Oak Park's basketball squad wallop Royal by a tally of 56-2.
With the victory, Oak Park improves its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Leuzinger (Lawndale, CA) to confront the Olympians in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Olympians come into the challenge with a record of 15-3. Leuzinger won 76-19 in their recent league challenge against Morningside (Inglewood, CA)
Next up, the Highlanders confront the Moorpark Musketeers (Moorpark, CA) in a Coastal Canyon challenge, on Wednesday, January 10. Royal will attempt to improve on its 2-16 season record. The Musketeers come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 55-44 league loss to Simi Valley (Simi Valley, CA).
