Washington High School Basketball - Tumwater crushes Black Hills
January 5, 2024: Tumwater, WA 98501 Tumwater Thunderbirds (Tumwater, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Black Hills Wolves (Tumwater, WA), 60-38 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Tumwater upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Thunderbirds travel to Capital (Olympia, WA) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 5-7. Capital lost 64-60 in their recent non-league bout against River Ridge (Lacey, WA)
Next up, the Wolves clash with the Centralia Tigers (Centralia, WA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 10. Black Hills will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 56-27 non-league loss to WF West (Chehalis, WA).
