The Prince Edward County Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Buckingham Knights to 56 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nottoway for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Prince Edward County will battle a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Lunenburg Central (Victoria, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-4.
