California High School Basketball - Santa Fe Christian nips Escondido Charter
January 5, 2024: Solana Beach, CA 92075 Santa Fe Christian Eagles (Solana Beach, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Escondido Charter White Tigers (Escondido, CA), 57-50 in a league bout.
With the win, Santa Fe Christian upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Eagles host La Jolla Country Day (La Jolla, CA) to play the Torreys in a bout on Saturday, January 6. The Torreys go into the bout with a record of 4-7. La Jolla Country Day lost 65-39 in their recent non-league bout against Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA)
Next up, the White Tigers play the Bishop's Knights (La Jolla, CA) in a bout, on Saturday, January 6. Escondido Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 74-33 non-league win over High Tech SD (San Diego, CA).
