Pike County Bulldogs (Brundidge, AL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Opp Bobcats (Opp, AL), 41-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Pike County upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Opp (Opp, AL) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 10-1.
