Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Garnet Valley tops Penncrest

Garnet Valley Jaguars (Glen Mills, PA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Penncrest Lions (Media, PA), 53-37 in a league bout.

With the victory, Garnet Valley upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Radnor (Radnor, PA) to play the Raptors in a Central bout on Saturday, January 8. The Raptors come into the bout with a record of 5-0. Radnor won 56-38 in their recent league bout against Strath Haven (Wallingford, PA)

Next up, the Lions play the Ridley Raiders (Folsom, PA) in a Central bout, on Saturday, January 8. Penncrest will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 54-51 non-league loss to Constitution (Philadelphia, PA).
