The Penncrest Lions (Media, PA) basketball knocked off the visiting Ridley Raiders (Folsom, PA), 52-41 in Saturday's league test.

The Lions (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Haverford (Havertown, PA). The Fords go into the Central test with a 6-1 record.

The Raiders now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Lower Merion for a Central test on Monday, January 10. Ridley will encounter a Aces squad coming off a 43-42 league win over Springfield (Springfield, PA). The Aces record now stands at 5-1.
