Rockridge Rockets (Taylor Ridge, IL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Morrison Mustangs (Morrison, IL), 60-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Rockridge upgrades its record to 15-4 on the season. The Rockets travel to West Liberty (West Liberty, IA) to play the Comets in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 8. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 7-3. West Liberty lost 37-25 in their recent league bout against Regina (Iowa City, IA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Dakota Indians (Dakota, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 8. Morrison will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record.
