January 6, 2023: Waco, TX 76705 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Abbott Panthers (Abbott, TX) and the host Gholson (Waco, TX), saw Abbott's basketball squad wallop Gholson by a tally of 79-31.
With the victory, Abbott improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Panthers host Aquilla (Aquilla, TX) to confront the Cougars in a 1A Region IV District 25 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 4-9.
