Georgia High School Basketball - Hills Academy nudges Academe of the Oaks
January 6, 2023: Decatur, GA 30030 In Friday's non-league outing, the Hills Academy Knights (Conyers, GA) basketball squad edged the host Academe of the Oaks Firebirds (Decatur, GA), by a count of 1-0.
The Knights (13-4) will now prepare for their outing against New Creation Christian Academy (McDonough, GA). The Crusaders go into the non-league outing with a 10-4 record. In their last outing, New Creation Christian Academy held off Sherwood Christian Academy (Albany, GA), 74-60, in a league outing.
The Firebirds now hold a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Trinity Prep for a GAPPS - I-AA Region 2A outing on Thursday, January 19.
