Indiana High School Basketball - Crown Point tops Michigan City

January 6, 2023: Crown Point, IN 46307

Crown Point Bulldogs (Crown Point, IN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Michigan City Wolves (Michigan City, IN), 64-53 in a league bout.

With the victory, Crown Point upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Merrillville (Merrillville, IN) to play the Pirates in a Duneland bout on Friday, January 13. The Pirates come into the bout with a record of 6-3. Merrillville lost 74-54 in their recent league bout against Chesterton (Chesterton, IN)

Next up, the Wolves play the Kankakee Valley Kougars (Wheatfield, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 7. Michigan City will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Kougars come into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 62-46 league loss to Munster (Munster, IN).
