Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Hempfield fells Penn Manor
January 6, 2023: Millersville, PA 17551 Hempfield Black Knights (Landisville, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Penn Manor Comets (Millersville, PA), 48-40 in a league bout.
With the win, Hempfield upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Black Knights travel to William Penn (York, PA) to play the Bearcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 7. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 8-2. William Penn won 58-49 in their recent non-league bout against Coatesville (Coatesville, PA)
Next up, the Comets play the Dallastown Wildcats (Dallastown, PA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 7. Penn Manor will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 69-57 league win over Spring Grove (Spring Grove, PA).
