The Johnsburg Central Jaguars basketball team (North Creek, NY), dropped 47-29 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Lake Placid Bombers (Lake Placid, NY)

The Bombers now possess a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chazy for a Section 7 Mountain Valley battle on Tuesday, January 10. Lake Placid will confront a Eagles team coming off a 27-20 league win over Seton Catholic Central (Plattsburgh, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 4-1.

The Jaguars (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against Boquet Valley (Elizabethtown, NY). The Griffins come into the Section 7 Mountain Valley battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Boquet Valley dropped by Colton-Pierrepont (Colton, NY), 34-33, in a non-league battle.
