The Sleepy Eye Indians (Sleepy Eye, MN) basketball crushed the host Cedar Mountain Cougars (Morgan, MN), 85-36 in Friday's league test.

The Indians (7-4) will now prepare for their test against St. Mary's (Sleepy Eye, MN). The Knights go into the A Section 2 test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, St. Mary's walloped Minnesota Valley Lutheran (New Ulm, MN), 75-29, in a non-league test.

The Cougars now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to New Ulm Cathedral for a A Section 2 test on Tuesday, January 10.
