The Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA) basketball knocked off the visiting Central Gwinnett Black Knights (Lawrenceville, GA), 53-43 in Friday's league test.

The Hawks (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Buford (Buford, GA). The Wolves go into the AAAAAAA Region 8 test with a 13-0 record. In their last test, Buford notched a victory over St. Francis (Alpharetta, GA), 80-60, in a non-league test.
