The Norwalk Bears basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Darien Blue Wave to 33 in the Bears league triumph on Friday.

The Bears now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilton for a Fairfield County contest on Tuesday, January 10. Norwalk will battle a Warriors team coming off a 48-29 league loss to Warde (Fairfield, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 1-5.

The Blue Wave (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Westhill (Stamford, CT). The Vikings enter the Fairfield County contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Westhill was defeated by Trumbull (Trumbull, CT), 48-18, in a league contest.
