Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Liberal Redskins (Liberal, KS) and the visiting Hays Indians (Hays, KS), saw Liberal's basketball squad knock off Hays by a tally of 59-50.

With the victory, Liberal improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Redskins travel to Garden City (Garden City, KS) to play the Buffaloes in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 10.
